   All authentications are provided as an expert opinion only and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or legal certification. While we take great care to ensure accuracy, no authentication method is 100% infallible.

3. Liability

   We shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from the use of our authentication opinion, including resale, purchase decisions, or third-party disagreements.

4. Use of Certificate

   Authentication certificates, reports, or opinions are intended solely for the client’s personal or business use. They may not be altered, reproduced, or misrepresented in any way.

5. Client Responsibility

   Clients are responsible for providing accurate and clear photos, item details, and information necessary for assessment. Any omission or misrepresentation may affect the result of the authentication.

6. Final Decision

   The client understands and agrees that the authentication outcome is final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
