Refund Policy

Non-refundable Service

  1. All authentication fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered, regardless of the outcome (Authentic, Not Authentic, or Unable to Conclude). This is because the service provided is based on professional time, expertise, and analysis.

Service errors and Inconclusive results

2. If an error occurs on our part (e.g., clerical mistake on a certificate, wrong photos used, or incorrect client details), we will promptly correct and reissue the authentication certificate/report at no additional cost.

3. In rare cases where an item cannot be conclusively authenticated due to insufficient information, unclear photos, or lack of identifiable markers, the service fee remains non-refundable. Clients may resubmit clearer photos or additional documentation for reassessment at a discounted rate.

Client Responsibility & Third Party Disputes

4. Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and clear photos or information about their item. Refunds will not be issued if the inability to authenticate is due to incomplete or poor-quality submissions.

5. We are not liable for disagreements with third-party platforms, buyers, or sellers. Refunds will not be granted in cases of dispute between the client and other parties regarding the authentication opinion provided.
